ultra, sometimes shortened to PP(unrecognized string "PP" for Template:Icon), is a vanilla Hearts of Iron IV mechanic. It represents the amount of influence a country's leader has over the nation and can be used for changing laws and selecting decisions. The Old World Blues mod also adds more mechanics requiring PP, for example establishing Trade Routes and Coring States.
