Technology Level Effects Discription Notes
Unit training tech icon 1.png Warrior training Basic
Upgrades:
Global Stats:
Mobilization speed: +5%
Division training time: -5%
Frontline Platoons:
Reliability: +1%
A basic restructuring of our training program to focus on stress resistance courses, and continuous bonding drills. This allows us to root out undisciplined soldiers early, along with those too frail mentally to withstand the rigour of combat, decreasing training time.
Unit training tech icon 2.png Miltia training Basic
Upgrades:
Frontline Platoons:
Defense: +5%
Military drills aimed at basic defensive operations are carried out across our army. The cornerstone of it is teaching our troops basic guerilla tactics, proper skirmishing procedures as well as field fortication building.
Unit training tech icon 3.png Guerilla Tactics Basic
Upgrades:
Frontline Platoons:
Breakthrough: +5%
A deeper understanding of guerilla tactics, and wasteland operation training given by experienced survivalists, let our army strike in unexpected places, as well as take advantage of rocky terrian or sandstorms.
Unit training tech icon 4.png Platoon Training Intermediate
Upgrades:
Frontline Platoons:
Organization: +4
Officer training and platoon organization allows our command structures to be simplified when compared to loose militia units. Lieutenants trained in field operation and battlefield thinking will also increase our tactical readiness.
Unit training tech icon 5.png Basic Drill Intermediate
Upgrades:
Frontline Platoons:
Recovery rate: + 0.03
Max Speed: +3.0%
Standerdized physical drills, and intense training programs, increases the endurance and resilience of our troops. Pairing this with tactical retreat exercises let our soldiers regroup and reorganize from a failed assault or strategical movement.
Unit training tech icon 6.png Mechanized Training Intermediate
Upgrades:
Global stats:
Reinforce Rate: +5%
Mechanized combined operations along with general motorization can be used to our advantage. Skirmishing troops in light motorized vehicles can quickly engage and tie-up enemy assets, allowing our forces to reinforce ongoing assaults faster.
Unit training tech icon 7.png Objective Security Tacctics Sophisticated
Upgrades:
Global Stats:
Max Entrenchment: +15%
Massive distribution of entrenching spades is carried out to all soldiers in our army. Combined with specialist shock training dealing with rapid area securing, and squad-level sweep tactics, this allows our troops to quickly secure and reinforce positions.
Unit training tech icon 8.png Virtual Reality Training sophisticated
Upgrades:
Global Stats:
Army Experiency Gain: +10%
Division Training time: -10%
Pre-war training pods, loaded with all previous improvements to our army drills, let our troops become experienced soldiers much quicker with less resources directed toward boot camps.

Upgrades:
Unit heavy infantry icon.pngEnforcers
Hardness: +25%
Reinforcing the natural weak spots discovered in our enforcer's armor with additional armor plating, as well as providing them with purpose-built military helmets instead of their scavenged equipment, should make them much more resistant to small-arms fire. While it will slow them down further, few of them would turn down the opportunity to resist a rifle cartridge to the skull.

Upgrades:
Unit heavy infantry icon.pngEnforcers
Suppression bonus: +10%
Now that we have acquired experience in the use of our Enforcers, we can begin developping a uniform, specialized operational doctrine which would vastly increase their effectiveness in close-quarter combat. Better hand-to-hand training alongside squad suppression techniques go a long way in making them more effective on the field.

Replacing our crude blunt weapons by weighted machetes as well as manufacturing thick scrap metal breastplates will let our troops close the distance much easier to overwhelm enemy positions in close quarter combat. Improvement and streamlining of physical drills are also made to allow our troops to move without even feeling the weight of their armour. Mutually exclusive with basic weaponry

Sledgehammers provide our troops with increased capabilities against armoured enemy personnel, aslong with breaching possibilities on enemy positions. This is further supplemented by grenades, and the addition of ballistic fists to our arsenal, giving us some measure of ranged firepower in the form of a wirst-mounted 20 gauge shotgun.
