Patch notes
Added
- Added Followers of the Apocalypse to the organizations that appear in trade nodes.
- Added gamerule to turn on or off the Ace Pilot events.
- Added scrollbar to technology tabs so they can display on lower res monitors.
Changed
- Separated generic Settler manpower laws into New California Republic and New Canaan specific ones, to reduce checks.
- Replaced all slavery rewards with caps rewards.
- All caps will be replaced with pp at a 1:1.4 ratio with caps disabled.
Fixed
- Fixed the Expeditions Boon focus sometimes not properly unlocking.
- Fixed the Burying the Ghosts achievement not working for the Cause.
- Fixed Securitron subtechs only working if you have the La Resistance DLC.
- Fixed improper setting of icons that could cause some ideas to not have images.
- Fixed Crusher civil war for Unity of Austin starting with Brotherhood of Steel conscription laws.
- Fixed disable caps gamerule.
- Fixed Caesar not being able to take the after Hoover Dam focuses if you forgive the Malpais Legate.
- Fixed the Tribal technology tab not having localization.
Removed
- Removed unnecessary triggers for some advisors.
- Removed a large amount of duplicate localization strings.
- Removed the id from Kristina Gallo unit leader as in some games she couldn't be created due to how many generals the game had created already.
- Removed slavery.

Patch notes
Quick hotfix to re-enable fix caps quarterly pulses not occurring after last update.
The latest patch is not save game compatible unless you run the following commands:
1. First, in the console run:
event test_event.23
2. Second, if you no longer have the Quarterly Report mission, run:
event tutorial_caps.5
