Press Laws
Press Laws are a group of Laws under the Cultural Policies group. Press Laws control the relationship between the amount of propaganda and truth in publicly accessible media. This is represented in game as scaling bonuses and penalties to PP gain, resistance target and compliance gain.

It is possible to go from any of these laws to any other at any time always costing the same ammount of PP.
