Twisted Hairs is a Caesar's Legion puppet releasable tribal nation. It can be released through the ocuppied teritories tab. Twisted Hairs is one of the more recent tribes to be unified into Caesar's Legion. Other recent addition are the Blackfoot tribe who too can be released as a puppet.

They are known as the Twisted Hairs because of the dreads that members of their tribe all have by custom.

Ulysses is from this tribe. Hecate, who is the leader of the Ourobouros is also from this tribe.
