The Executives are an advanced raider nation in East New Mexico.

Historical background

In 2208, the figure known as "The Initiate" rescued and spared the scientists, executives, and security personnel of Vault-Tec's Secret Vault in Texas. However, after their rescue, the former inhabitants moved to New Mexico, taking remnants of the Secret Vault's technology and equipment with them, and basing themselves in the region by destroying numerous communities. After establishing themselves, the group, now known as "The Executives" oversaw Vault-Tec's continued operation, deciding restructure the company. The former board of directors would be given over to leading scientists, the chief operating officer would be trusted with the original responsibilities of the board, and the chief executive officer would become a military position, fought over during an annual "Hostile Takeover." This effectively resulted in the security personnel, once the lowest position in the leadership hierarchy, becoming the leaders. By 2275, The Executives reign over eastern New Mexico securely, their franchised communities continually pumping resources, wealth, and new employees into the corporate entity, during this time, a new corporate headquarters was built over a test Vault, having become one of the most impressive Post-War research facilities ever built, containing industrial spies, captured enemies, and slaves forced to live through twisted abuses of ethics labelled "experiments" pools like miasma.[1]

Conscription Law

It is in the nature of raiders to band together into rapidly moving groups to easier ambush caravans and avoid the would be pursuers, it is also in their nature to fight in between themselves for the position of the leader. As such with the increasing size of the group it becomes harder and harder to keep the raiders focused and united.
