The Order is an elite nation in the Plaguelands region.
Historical background
The remnants of Omaha, Nebraska, having survived and considering themselves the last pure Americans. The group also utilizes modified soldiers known as the Priests, man-made angels, as recent additions to the police force.

These modified soldiers are a recent addition to the Order's police force. Surpassing human limits, the man-made angels are the next step of evolution.
