The Rapids are a tribal coalition on the West Coast.
Historical background
A large tribal faction west of the Colorado River, the Rapids are a result of the formation of civilized society on the West Coast kickstarted by the New California Republic. Fishers, mercenaries, and transporters, the Rapids offer various goods and services to travelers between Caesar's Legion territory and the larger West Coast regions, ferrying customers across the Colorado River.
Despite their peace with the NCR and the Tohono Nation, the Rapids face adversity from the Scorpions, as well as Boneyard messagers, bringing NCR culture and standards to the Rapids.[1]

The Tohono Nation starts with two national spirits:
Riding the White Water

Born and raised on the white water of the Southern Colorado, everyone in the tribe knows how to handle a boat. As a result, the tribe is incredibly skilled on the water.
Fierce Independence
- War Support: +10.00%
- Division Defense on core territory: +10.0%
The Rapids base their tribal beliefs around the water that flows down the Colorado. Removing them from their homeland will be no easy feat.
