The once great Kingdom of Manitoba has not only fallen in on itself, it has brought others within its influence down with it.The Arborg Junta are the remains of a rebellion among the Three Rivers lands, stoked by O'Brien and his mercenaries, hired by the Kingdom of Manitoba. As the Kingdom signed its treaty, however, O'Brien found himself stuck in enemy territory with no way home. The rebellion fled to the north, to the town of Arborg, and now the newly appointed Viscount O'Brien sits and watches, waiting for an opportunity to strike down the Republic that shamed him.

Arbog receives regular payments from Manitoba to ensure their army is up to snuff and ready for the war. Too bad that they will be accruing debt from this, which Gunn will use when they win. Hey, you get to be a royal alright, just didn't specify the position that you wanted

Reliability: -30%Our unprepared and disorganized retreat into the North had many consequences, but the biggest problem is our lack of equipment. We were not equipped to act as an expedition, and few trained artisans and mechanics joined us in the revolt. Due to this, we struggle to maintain adequate supply. However, out soldiers relish getting their hands on any enemy equipment they can.

Lopsided Army
- Divison Organiztion: -20.0%
- Infantry Divison Attack:
Our army is a hodge-podge mix of highly trained mercenaries and untrained insurgents. While the mercenaries are highly trained and capable, the insurgents are for the most part simply civilians with guns. This has made our army lopsided, with an incompetent army but highly skilled shock troops.
