The Texan Enclave are a Custom Game Rules-exclusive nation taking the place of the Pecos Colony in the Texas region.
Historical background
Led by Colonel Houston, the Texan Enclave believes that the wasteland does not have enough Texas in it, with their goal being to purify the wasteland of all non-Texan governments.
