Two Peoples is a tribe that has their behavior influenced by the color of the moon in the North and Central Dakotas area of The Great North region.
Historical background
The Two Peoples base their society on a radiation-induced phenomena, in which the moon appears white or red for approximately 30 days, with the white moon representing peace and stoppage of war, and the red moon representing aggression and war.[1]
