The Colonel was a developer who worked with the Old World Blues development team as one of the senior developers of the mod.
Background
The Colonel began modding Hearts of Iron IV in early October of 2018, with their first submod: OWB-Arroyo 2.0. From there, in February of 2019, they and Shudderfly created the OWB-Shi Reloaded mod.[1] As of September 2022, Colonel went on hiatus from the developer team. Since then, they have since retired from Hearts of Iron IV modding, as well as the Old World Blues development team.
