Shudderfly
Shudderfly is a developer who worked with the Old World Blues development team as one of the senior developers of the mod.
Background
Shudderfly began modding Hearts of Iron IV in late August of 2018, with their first submod: NCRCF - An Old World Blues Submod.[1] From there, in February of 2019, they and The Colonel created the OWB-Shi Reloaded mod,[2] as well as the OWB - Victoria Legacy: Reloaded mod.[3] Although they worked on a "In the Name of the Tsar" bugfix and balance mod,[4] they later moved onto a mod compilation, named "Old World Blues - XSASZCaS Mod Compilation", which was later followed by the "Old World Blues - TEXASDCMPSKSZCaS Mod Compilation 2!"[5] While working on it, Zapdude saw their work, and recruited them into the team in late 2019.[6]
Shudderfly's design inspirations derive from real-world geography, as well as what would have been constructed there in Fallout's Pre-War era,[7] such as Air Force Bases and military bases, in order to determine a nation's industrialization and civilization potential/development.[8]

I didn't really want it to be miserable or have that same dourness that TNO tends to have, so I wrote it to be a lighthearted story about a beleaguered secretary. The character is canonically male."
